environmental Policy

CatchJ provides clear refund procedures in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and consumer protection laws.

Article 1 (Purpose)

This policy aims to protect consumer rights and establish clear refund procedures for CatchJ premium subscription services.

Article 2 (Refund Eligibility)

1. Eligible for Refund

  • Service defects or technical issues
  • Service interruption exceeding 24 hours
  • Unauthorized charges
  • Service content not matching descriptions

2. Not Eligible for Refund

  • Customer's personal reasons
  • Service already used for more than 7 days
  • Content accessed and downloaded
  • Account sharing violations

Article 3 (Refund Period)

1. 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not used the service.

2. Partial Refund

For partial usage, refunds are calculated based on the remaining subscription period.

Article 4 (Refund Procedure)

1. Refund Request

Customers must submit refund requests through customer support with:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Refund reason
  • Supporting evidence (if applicable)

2. Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Additional information may be requested.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Article 5 (Refund Amount Calculation)

1. Full Refund

100% refund for requests within 7 days with no service usage.

2. Partial Refund

Refund amount = Total payment - (Daily rate × Used days)

3. Processing Fee

A processing fee of 1,000 KRW may apply for partial refunds.

Article 6 (Special Circumstances)

1. Service Discontinuation

If CatchJ discontinues the service, full refunds are provided for remaining subscription periods.

2. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be available for service interruptions due to force majeure events.

Article 7 (Customer Rights)

1. Right to Information

Customers have the right to receive clear information about refund policies and procedures.

2. Right to Appeal

Customers can appeal refund decisions within 14 days of notification.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

Refund disputes are resolved through customer support first, then through the Korea Consumer Agency if necessary.
